And when you do choose to be happy, anything outside of you has no other choice but to give you happy reflections. In a sense, life is a mirror. When you smile, it smiles back. The universal reflecting mirror does not have a mind of its own. It is only nothing. Nothing at all. It is only a reflection of what you put there. That's what makes it effortless. Just know that when you are happy, nothing else can happen, but happy reflections.
